UFC Belem free fight: Watch Lyoto Machida bury Mark Munoz in Manchester

I know Cro Cop has that whole “left leg cemetery” gimmick, but I’ve seen Lyoto Machida do some work with that kick of his.

But don’t ask the now-retired Mark Munoz about it, as the “Filipino Wrecking Machine” probably doesn’t remember getting planished at the UFC Fight Night 30 mixed martial arts (MMA) event in Manchester, which marked “The Dragon’s” middleweight debut in fall of 2013.

Machida (22-8) followed that up by outpointing Gegard Mousasi in Brazil, before his dreadful 1-4 slump that saw him get finished in three consecutive losses. Add to that his “extremely unfair” drug-test suspension, and the soon-to-be 40 year-old Brazilian is clearly in a do-or-die situation.

He’ll get a chance to get back on the winning track against undefeated up-and-comer Eryk Anders in the UFC Fight Night 125 main event, which takes place this Sat. (Feb. 3, 2018) inside Mangueirinho Gymnasium in Belem, Brazil.
