If you asked anyone what Carlos Condit's status was recently, many would tell you they figured he was retired. The former WEC champion and welterweight fighter hasn't competed for over a year, since losing to Demian Maia via submission. After the fight Condit questioned whether he could still hang with the best, and his manager revealed he was considering retirement over brain injury concerns.
Now he sounds like he's interested in returning for another fight. In a tweet sent earlier today, the "Natural Born Killer" hit up UFC matchmaker Sean Shelby and lobbied for a fight in December or January.

what's up big guy...? I'm wanting to fight in December or January... what say you!?
Condit would be a welcome addition back into the welterweight division, which is popping right now with lots of great potential opponents like Robbie Lawler, Stephen Thompson, Jorge Masvidal, Donald Cerrone, Rafael Dos Anjos, and Mike Perry. We could even see the longtime fan favorite landing a rematch with Tyron Woodley with an impressive win or two.
Who would you like to see Condit face for his comeback fight?
