Bellator Kickboxing announces Kevin Ross vs. Domenico Lomurno title fight Sept. 23

Bellator Kickboxing 7 and Bellator 183 “Henderson vs. Pitbull” both come to SAP Center in San Jose, Calif. on Sept. 23, 2017. Bellator MMA’s card airs at 9 pm ET with the Bellator Kickboxing card to air immediately after the conclusion of that event.

Previously Bellator had announced a Welterweight kickboxing title defense for Karim Ghajii (97-13-1) against “The Real Deal” Raymond Daniels (11-3). They’ve now bolstered the kickboxing card with the addition of an inaugural Featherweight title bout between Kevin Ross (44-11) and Domenico Lomurno (22-8).

“The Soul Assassin” Ross comes into the bout on a three fight win streak in Bellator and has previously held titles like the WBC Muay-Thai USA Welterweight championship and the WBC Muay-Thai International Super-Lightweight championship. The California native will have a tough test in Lomourno though, a multiple time Italian champion and silver medalist at the 2016 K-1 Open World Amateur Championships.

Welterweight: Paul Daley (39-15-2) vs. Lorenz Larkin (18-6, 1 NC)
Lightweight: Adam Piccolotti (9-0) vs. Goiti Yamauchi (21-3)
Lightweight: Aaron Pico (0-1) vs. TBA
