Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) decided to take a break from its promotion of this weekend’s Floyd Mayweather Jr. vs. Conor McGregor boxing match to hold a hastily-assembled media day for its upcoming UFC 215 and UFC 216 pay-per-view (PPV) fight cards, which are so light on star value, they were able to be combined into one gathering.
UFC 215 will be headlined by the flyweight title fight pitting reigning UFC 125-pound champion Demetrious Johnson against top division contender Ray Borg, going down Sat., Sept. 9, 2017, inside Rogers Place in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.

UFC 216 will be topped by the lightweight interim title bout featuring longtime division contender Tony Ferguson opposite streaking 155-pound up-and-comer Kevin Lee in a five-round showdown inside T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada, on Sat., Oct. 7, 2017.
