Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) lightweight champion Conor McGregor promises to make all the boxing “experts” eat their words on Saturday night (Aug. 26, 2017) when he stops Floyd Mayweather in “The Money Fight” pay-per-view (PPV) main event, telling the media that Mayweather and Co. should have left him in mixed martial arts (MMA) where he belongs.
No argument here (or here).
But it’s a little too late for that as “Notorious” gears up for the biggest fight (and biggest payday) of his career inside T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada, in what may or may not break records across the board.
To keep the hype train rolling down the proverbial tracks, UFC is cranking out a series of “Embedded” video blogs to promote Mayweather vs. McGregor, and episode four focuses on Conor Jr. and the final media press conference.
From the official YouTube description:
On Episode 4 of Mayweather vs. McGregor Embedded, a serious Conor McGregor, UFC lightweight champion, chooses suits and situates his son in the Rolls ahead of a press conference. UFC President Dana White and twelve-time world boxing champion Floyd Mayweather arrive early at the MGM and do media. At the dais, both fighters vow that they will be victorious on Saturday night, with Mayweather citing boxing's best and McGregor hailing Bruce Lee. Fans flock to Mayweather's gym as he continues to train. Mayweather vs. McGregor Embedded is an all-access, behind-the-scenes video blog leading up to the blockbuster Mayweather vs. McGregor super welterweight fight taking place Saturday, August 26, live on Pay-Per-View.
