With all of the attention on the upcoming boxing match between Floyd Mayweather and Conor McGregor on August 26, 2017 inside the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada, Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) won’t return to pay-per-view (PPV) action until September 9, 2016.
The promotion will stage UFC 215 live from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada which will feature a Flyweight title fight between current champion Demetrious Johnson taking on Ray Borg, as well as a co-main event title fight between women’s Bantamweight title holder Amanda Nunes taking on Valentina Schevchenko.
UFC recently released the official poster to promote the card:

As you can see, the PPV event will also feature a hard-hitting Heavyweight showdown between former champion Junior dos Santos taking on fast-rising contender Francis Ngannou.
“Mighty Mouse” will look to set a record for title defense at eleven in a row, while Nunes will look to go up 2-0 on Schevchenko after their initial bout which was scheduled to go down at UFC 213 was scratched a day before the event due an illness to Nunes.
