UFC 214 free fight video: Watch Daniel Cormier slam, submit Dan Henderson at UFC 173

Before Daniel Cormier steps into the Octagon to face bitter rival Jon Jones in the main event of UFC 214 this weekend (Sat., July 29, 2017) inside Honda Center in Anaheim, Calif., let’s take a trip down memory lane to see “DC’s” most dominant wins.

Back in 2014, Cormier saw himself face-to-face with Dan Henderson at UFC 173, a multi-division champion, former Olympic wrestler, and living legend with years of MMA experience under his belt.

But “Hendo” was no match for Cormier, in any aspect of the fight game, as “DC” flat out rag-dolled his foe with ease, smartly using his size advantage to have his way with the former PRIDE champ. After dominating Henderson on the ground, the feet, and even taking the Olympic-level wrestler for a ride with a impressive slam that would make WWE head cheese Vince McMahon proud, Cormier eventually sunk in a fight-ending rear-naked choke in the third and final round to collect his fifteenth straight win.

Shortly thereafter, Daniel suffered the first loss of his MMA career to Jon Jones, losing a unanimous decision to “Bones” at UFC 182. Now, Cormier is sitting at the top of the Light Heavyweight mountain and looks to gets some revenge on the only man to ever defeat him in just four more days.
