Former UFC champ Ronda Rousey being courted for WWE’s WrestleMania 34 in New Orleans

Former Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) women’s bantamweight titleholder, Ronda Rousey, may have walked away from mixed martial arts (MMA), but that doesn’t mean she’s done fighting.

Even if it’s just pretend.

“Rowdy” is being courted for a return to WrestleMania, according to our friends at CageSide Seats, which takes place Sun., April 8, 2018, inside Mercedes-Benz Superdome in New Orleans, Louisiana.

Rousey is no stranger to professional wrestling, having a run-in with WWE figurehead Stephanie McMahon at WrestleMania 31 back in 2015 (more on that here). After her one-off, McMahon left the door open for a potential return.

Not including last week’s appearance to support friend and longtime training partner Shayna Baszler.

The Olympian hasn’t been seen since her technical knockout loss at UFC 207 back in December and the only definitive plans she has, that we know of, is to get married to UFC heavyweight Travis Browne.

And cook breakfast.
