UFC 214: Jimi Manuwa hates fat bullies like Daniel Cormier, but ‘DC’ kills him with kindness

Calm down, bro.

Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) light heavyweight contender Jimi Manuwa can’t stop talking about reigning division kingpin Daniel Cormier, despite his upcoming fight with Volkan Oezdemir at the upcoming UFC 214 pay-per-view (PPV) event, locked and loaded for Sat., July 29, 2017 in Anaheim, California.

From his profanity-laced conversation with Kimura.se (transcribed by MMA Fighting):

“Fuck Daniel Cormier. He’s a fucking fat wrestler and I don’t really give a shit what he says. Everyone says he’s a nice guy but I don’t really like him. He seems to me like a bully and I don’t like bullies. He’s got the belt, he’s a great fighter and everything. I respect him for that but as a person I don’t really like him. I don’t like his attitude towards other fighters. He kind of looks down on people and stuff. So I don’t really respect him and I don’t believe he will get out of round two with me. So fuck Daniel Cormier and for now I’m just focused on Volkan and we’ll cross that bridge after I beat Volkan Oezdemir.”

It won’t be so easy.

Manuwa (17-2) has been making headlines over the past few weeks for his much-publicized feud against “DC,” as well as his dreams of fighting top-ranked pugilist David Haye. Inside the cage, “Poster Boy” (17-2) is coming off back-to-back knockout wins over Ovince Saint Preux and Corey Anderson.

As for Cormier? He ain’t even mad.
