Neil Seery hoped to end his mixed martial arts (MMA) career on a high note going into his final fight against Alexandre Pantoja on the undercard of UFC Fight Night 113: “Nelson vs. Ponzinibbio” in Glasgow, Scotland. Pantoja, though, didn’t want to play nice.
After a thrilling two rounds, “The Cannibal” managed to get the fight to the ground and lock in an air-tight rear-naked choke that left Seery with no other choice but to tap or nap.
When the choke is locked, the tap shall soon come. Big win for Alexandre Pantoja over Neil Seery! #UFCGlasgow https://t.co/NcM4D6BTWo
