The press tour of all press tours ended earlier today (Fri., July 14, 2017) as Floyd Mayweather and Conor McGregor rounded out their four-city bash in London, England (watch here). The overseas stop may have been a little less aggressive and personal than previous on-stage meetings between the two combat superstars, but it still offered some fantastic exchanges.
Mayweather, who has been bashing McGregor the entire tour about getting submitted by Nate Diaz at UFC 196 (like “Money” knows anything about grappling), continued to dig at “Notorious” in front of a hungry European crowd.
“Hey! Somebody get Nate Diaz on the phone,” Mayweather shouted. “Get Nate Diaz on the phone.”
“It feels so good to be at the top and never lose,” Mayweather added. “You know what it’s like to taste defeat. I will never taste defeat, bitch.”
What can McGregor say? The 29-year-old did tap to Diaz in their first encounter before beating the California native in the rematch at UFC 202. That hasn’t stopped Mayweather from prodding the UFC champion with these type of comments, as well as playing the tapout song over the loudspeakers.

If Mayweather ever ended up competing inside of the Octagon against a fighter like Diaz, he’d get tapped out extra quick. Fortunately for him, he’ll never know the feeling of getting choked in front of millions of people. Instead, “Money” does his talking with his hands and will look to do just that when he meets McGregor on Aug. 26 live on Showtime pay-per-view (PPV) from inside T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.
