Highlights: Mayweather outshines McGregor at over the top World Tour stop in New York

It was a ridiculous evening of over the top gimmicks at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York as the Mayweather vs. McGregor World Tour powered through its third day in a row. The two fighters showed up nearly two hours late to the event, but what an entrance they made. McGregor ditched the suits from LA and Toronto in favor of a massive fur coat with a snake on it and little else. Mayweather kept with his The Money Team hoodies, but brought something more important to the event: backup.

Floyd Mayweather made his entrance with an Irish flag draped across his shoulders, referencing one of the few moments in Toronto where the boxing pound for pound great managed to get a rise out of McGregor.

“Form Voltron!” is the last catchphrase I expected to ever come out of the Mayweather vs. McGregor World Tour, yet here we are and I love it.
