Jon Jones rips Daniel Cormier on Twitter over latest steroid allegations

UFC 214 on July 29th is fast approaching, so it shouldn't be a surprise that things are heating up between light heavyweight champion Daniel Cormier and his nemesis Jon Jones. The latest flare up of disrespect started with Cormier accusing Jones of using steroids on UFC Tonight.

"USADA now is on top of all that," he said. "So I do believe that we will see a different fighter in Anaheim, because I do believe he’ll have to be clean this time, otherwise he’ll be caught.”

It didn't take long for Jones to fire back on Twitter.

"Imagine having so much power over a man that he thinks your abilities are supernatural," Jones wrote. "The difference between you and I. I've punished the motherfuckers I thought were on steroids. You protect your pride with lies."

At this point the rivalry between Jones and Cormier has hit a boiling point, which is understandable considering how many times scheduled fights between the two have fallen through. The two will finally settle the score in Anaheim on July 29th, but we have a feeling the war of words continues on the internet long after the final bell has rung.
