If you hang with Conor McGregor long enough, you pick up a thing or three when it comes to the trash-talking department on social media.
Artem Lobov recently channeled his inner ”Notorious” to lash out at Flyweight champion Demetrious Johnson for putting all of his beef with Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) out in the open and slamming the people “The Russian Hammer” believes made “Mighty Mouse” who he is today.
And much like T.J. Dillashaw did, Lobov altered Johnson’s nickname just a tad.
U can have great achievments but if u grass on people that made u, u are nothing but a rat for the rest of your life #MightyRat

I did.....his new name is MightyRat not MightyMouse

Sticking to his mantra of not being afraid to call out top contenders (despite his absence in the rankings) — or in this case ex-champions — Lobov took the opportunity to respectfully challenge Jose Aldo to a fight after “Junior” suffered a third-round technical knockout loss to Max Holloway at UFC 212 this past weekend (Sat. June 10, 2017) in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil (see it again here).
Dont mean 2 kick u while ur down, but realistically I am as close to Conor as u could get. Forget everything and lets do it! It'be an honour

And while his risk of calling out Cub Swanson -- who defeated Lobov at UFC Fight Night 108 a few months ago — paid off, something tells me he won’t have as much luck in his callout of the former long-time Featherweight champion.
Maybe this fight is more up his alley?
Nevertheless, you have to at least admire Lobov’s willingness to put his neck on the line. As for his comments toward Johnson, I leave that to you to discuss in the comments sections below.
