Tyron Woodley is definitely one of the larger men to call out Conor McGregor, but he certainly has his reasons for doing it beyond the paycheck. The two ended up in a strange game of cat and mouse during UFC 205 weekend in New York City that led to a couple separate confrontations and security being forced to separate them.
On fight night, the UFC was forced to turn to Tyron when Conor won the UFC lightweight belt. The Irish fighter had left his own featherweight belt behind, so Woodley's belt ended up the prop when it came time for McGregor to hoist two titles at the same time.
This was followed by Conor suggesting the situation was a sign of things to come, AKA him winning a third belt, presumably off Woodley. For that reason, Woodley can get away with reminding people he's down to tussle with McGregor if McGregor is crazy enough to want it.

McGregor is currently crazy enough to think he can beat Floyd Mayweather in a boxing ring, so all things are possible. Tyron Woodley partying with Floyd Mayweather and the internet's most interesting beard Dan Bilzerian obviously is too because here's the evidence, with Mayweather calling Tyron the best UFC fighter.
Just another small chapter in the feud between Woodley and McGregor, care of the current feud between McGregor and Mayweather. The only question now is whether it will end with a real fight or not as well.
