Video: Combate Clásico coming to Miami on July 27

Combate Americas is inching closer to its upcoming “Combate Clasico” mixed martial arts (MMA) supershow on Thurs., July 27, 2017, in Miami, Florida, featuring fighters from Madrid and Barcelona representing “El Clasico,” the much-celebrated soccer match up between Barcelona FC and Real Madrid, also in Miami.

Prior to Leo Messi (Barcelona FC) and Cristiana Ronaldo (Real Madrid) going head-to-head on the pitch at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami, Abner “Skullamn” Lloveras of Barcelona -- who is a Spanish Olympic boxing tournament Gold Medalist — will face off against Javier Fuentes of Madrid in the “Combate Clasico” main event inside Mana Wynwood.

“Combate Clasico” airs live in the U.S. on Azteca America at 10 p.m. ET/9 p.m. CT, with a replay of the event airing the following night, Friday, July 28 on TV Azteca in Mexico.
