While Las Vegas, Nevada, police and district attorney continue their investigation into the “very serious” incident that went down between Cris Cyborg and Angela Magana at UFC’s Athletes Retreat, “Your Majesty” is trying to pick a fight with the hard-hitting striker ... on the mat.
Magana took to Twitter to call out the former Invicta FC Featherweight champion to a Brazilian jiu-jitsu match to settle their beef.
Check it out:
I challenge cyborg 2 jujitsu match bc of weight differ w a gi & no time limit #illchokeyououtbitch #behringjiujitsu #idontfightinthestreets

Cyborg decked Magana in the mouth after confronting her in “Sin City” last week about an insulting Tweet. Cyborg was subsequently charged with battery and is still under investigation by law officials. That said, Magana’s need to taunt the Brazilian and pick a fight with her on social media might actually help Cyborg’s case in the long run when it comes to the investigation.
As for her challenge, Magana would have her hands more than full — Cyborg is a brown belt in jiu-jitsu under Andre Galvao. And while Cyborg has made her bread with her fists, she is far from a slouch on the ground.
Anyone think Magana will have better chances facing Cyborg on the mat? She already proved she can eat one of her punches.
