After it was all said and done at UFC 211 -- which went down on May 13 2017 inside American Airlines Center in Dallas, Texas -- there was plenty of "Thrill and Agony" to go around.
Sharing in the joy was Stipe Miocic, who held on to his title and scored his fifth straight knockout win by taking out Junior dos Santos in the main event of the evening (see it). Also sharing in the thrill of winning was Demian Maia, who can be seen pleading to Dana White for his title shot — which he received — shortly after taking out Jorge Masvidal.
Of course, not everyone was happy, as the agony can bee seen in Junior’s face shortly after losing, which carried over to his wife watching in the crowd. Also, see the disappointing end to Dustin Poirier and Eddie Alvarez.
