Midnight Mania! Nick and Nate Diaz talk diet on Anthony Bourdain’s TV show

Bringing you the weird and wild from the world of MMA each and every weeknight ...

Welcome to Midnight Mania! Tonight, we have Nick and Nate Diaz, along with Gilbert Melendez, discussing their vegetarian diet with Anthony Bourdain on his TV show, “Parts Unknown.” Tim Elliot announces he is willing to get crazy in Thailand, Joshua-Klitschko highlights, more knockouts from the weekend, and much, much more.

Insomnia

Nick Diaz and Nate Diaz appeared on Anthony Bourdain’s food show, “Parts Unknown,” along with Gilbert Melendez. Bourdain is an avowed Brazilian Jiu Jitsu disciple, training under the Gracies in New York City. They discuss going vegan, their food as children (mostly Ramen, hot dogs and macaroni and cheese), favorite food joints in Los Angeles, and Anthony Bourdain discusses his love for In-N-Out Burger.

Bobs and Weaves

Well ...

That tattoo life!

This is an intense workout:

Joshua-Klitschko

Not a whole lot was going on in mixed martial arts (MMA) over the weekend, but thankfully boxing was there to fill the combat sports void. A new Heavyweight star came of age when Anthony Joshua knocked out Wladimir Klitschko in a barnburner of a fight (watch highlights here).

Wladimir appreciated someone putting him in a firefight for once ... even if he didn’t win.

One last look at that glorious uppercut, which may or may not have “revived” the Sweet Science:

Tyson Fury just has to lose 100 pounds and this fight will be awesome!

Bobs and Weaves (Continued)

Daniel Cormier and Jon Jones will feud all the days of their lives.

Amanda Nunes’ little dog is adorable.

Top level hustling from the former Fight Pass executive:

Al Iaquinta went full “alternate timeline” this weekend, announcing his fictitious takeover of UFC and picking a fight with Cub Swanson (and eventually Justin Gaethje, which is actually a fight I want to see):

He is taking cues from the most hilarious Twitter account of all time, Donald Trump.

Is pairing the quote with the picture supposed to be ironic?

“He said his fight IQ’s higher than mine. Don’t matter.” Matt Serra says he has seen that clip of Garbrandt knocking out Dillashaw.

Sage’s quads are the real star!

Dillashaw gets to work with all the best boxers:

Slips, Rips, and KO Clips

Matt Hamill knocked out another UFC veteran this weekend:

This is a delicious stoppage!

Senegalaise wrestling is a crazy sport!

If a dude is gonna fight you with a cast, he is probably crazy. Also, he hit someone so hard with that hand that he broke it. Maybe reconsider your stated intention of fisticuffs in such a case.

Knight Fighting (the whole event)!
