Antonio Rogerio Nogueira has apparently suffered an injury that will force him to bow out of his scheduled Light Heavyweight matchup agaisnt Ilir Latifi, which was set to go down at UFC Fight Night 112 on June 25 inside Chesapeake Energy Arena in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Latifi took to Twitter to breaks the news and call out Corey Anderson, in the process.
Very sad to here that Lil nog is injured and has to cancel the fight, you are a great fighter and I wish you a fast recovery!

So my thoughts are that if Corey Anderson is ready to take the fight it would be a great show for the fans, let's do this!

Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) officials have yet to officially announce “Lil’ Nog’s” injury or his withdrawal from the event.
Ilir is coming off a devastating knockout loss to Ryan Bader last September (see it again here). Interestingly enough, Nogueira’s last defeat was also against Bader before “Darth” bolted for Bellator MMA. As for Anderson, he is also coming off a technical knockout loss, coming up on the wrong end of Jimi Manuwa’s hands this past March.
Anderson has yet to respond to Ilir’s callout, apparently too busy with “ninja shit.”

UFC Fight Night 112 will be headlined by a Lightweight bout that will see Kevin Lee and Michael Chiesa settle their beef in their newfound rivalry.
