In a bout that many fight fans pegged a potential Fight of the Night candidate, featherweights Jason Knight and Chas Skelly went to war earlier this evening (Sat., May 13, 2017) at UFC 211 from inside American Airlines Center in Dallas, Texas. Both men landed offense early, as Skelly grounded Knight and forced him to fight off his back. Knight responded with sensational offense from his guard as Skelly was forced to escape countless submissions. While Skelly landed enough through two rounds to bloody Knight, it was Knight who did the most damage. In Round 3, he caught Skelly with a serious combination that put the Texan in trouble. Knight finished him off with some ground-and-pound en route to the third-round TKO finish.
