Anthony Joshua vs Wladimir Klitschko full fight video preview - ‘Countdown!’

It all goes down later today (Sat., April 29, 2017) live on Showtime from inside the Wembley Stadium in London, England, as former heavyweight champion Wladimir Klitschko (64-4, 53 KO) looks to get his belt back when he takes on Anthony Joshua (18-0, 18 KO) for the IBF, vacant WBA (Super) and IBO heavyweight titles. The main event clash goes live at 4:15 p.m. ET.

It will be Klitschko’s first appearance since losing a 12-round decision to awkward Englishman Tyson Fury back in 2015. Klitschko will also be competing in England for the first time since defeating Monte Barrett via seventh-round TKO back in 2000. As for Joshua, it will mark his first fight since destroying Eric Molina via third-round TKO this past December.

In order to prepare boxing fans for one of the biggest heavyweight showdowns in recent memory, HBO Boxing has released a sweet countdown montage for ‘Joshua vs. Klitschko,’ which can be seen above. The preview pinpoints the knockout power that both Klitschko and Joshua possess. With combined 71 career knockouts, one of these heavyweights is destined to hit the mat.
