Hot poster for a lukewarm fight card, though it does have a fair share of recognizable names.
Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) will return to Singapore on Sat., June 17, 2017, when the UFC Fight Night 111 mixed martial arts (MMA) event comes to Singapore Indoor Stadium on the UFC Fight Pass digital network.
Headlining the overseas event will be former women’s bantamweight champion Holly Holm, as she takes on ex-division No. 1 contender Bethe Correia. Elsewhere on the card, former lightweight titleholder Rafael dos Anjos tries his luck at welterweight against ex-Strikeforce 170-pound champion Tarec Saffiedine.
That’s not all.
Former UFC heavyweight kingpin Andrei Arlovski looks to maintain his spot on the 265-pound roster opposite Polish power puncher Marcin Tybura, not long after ex-PRIDE lightweight straphanger Takanori Gomi collides with the venerable Jon Tuck.
