A bet is a bet. Just ask UFC color commentator and former middleweight contender Brian Stann, who recently had each of his legs waxed as a result of losing a Super Bowl bet with play-by-play announcer Jon Anik. While in town for UFC on FOX 24, which is set to go down later tonight (Sat., April 15, 2017) from Kansas City, Missouri, Anik cashed in on his winnings by watching Stann’s legs take a beating.

While Stann reluctantly left the yellow cab to enter Nail Perfection And Spa and live up to his side of the bet, the former knockout artist and retired United States Marine didn’t seem all that bothered by the wax. In fact, Stann attributes a lack of feeling in his shins from fighting as the reason why the ordeal didn’t hurt. Anik then decided to have his own leg waxed and showed a little more pain than Stann.
If Stann suffers any sort of post-wax discomfort then he should probably blame the New England Patriots. After all, they got him here by defeating the Atlanta Falcons in Super Bowl LI.
Stann and Anik will be cageside this evening at UFC on FOX 24, shaved legs and all.
