Live Tyron Woodley vs Stephen Thompson 2 fight updates, UFC 209: Round 2

Between rounds Woodley's corner pleaded with him to pull the trigger and take control of the fight. Thompson was able to trap Woodley along the fence and land a few shots as "Chosen One" circled out of danger. Midway through the round and still Woodley would not engage. At the two-minute mark he finally offered a flurry that backed up Thompson, opening up a cut over his eye. Thompson continued to press the action, feinting in and out, uncorking a round kick that put Woodley on the move once again. Woodley blasted Thompson in the chest with an overhand right as Thompson hit him with a side kick to the belly along the fence. Thompson landed a solid kick to the body as the round ended, but Woodley landed a hard shot just as the buzzer blared.
