Former Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) lightweight standout Myles Jury will make his long-awaited return to the cage opposite Mike De La Torre at UFC 210 on April 8 from inside KeyBank Center in Buffalo, New York. The featherweight scrap was initially reported by The Los Angeles Daily News earlier this week.

Jury, 28, hasn’t competed since losing to Charles Oliveira via submission at UFC on FOX 17 in his featherweight debut. That means Jury rode the pine for all of 2016. The last time “Fury” had his hand raised inside of the Octagon he knocked out Takanori Gomi in 92 seconds at UFC Fight Night 52.

De La Torre, 30, has compiled a pedestrian 2-3, 1 NC record since entering the promotion back in 2014. He last fought Godofredo Pepey at UFC Fight Night 95 this past September, losing via first-round submission. De La Torre has never lost back-to-back fights in his 21-fight career.

UFC 210 will be headlined by a light heavyweight title rematch between current champion Daniel Cormier and knockout wizard Anthony Johnson, and feature a co-main event between former middleweight champion Chris Weidman and Gegard Mousasi.
