Another bout has been added to the upcoming UFC Fight Night 112 event set to go down on June 25, 2017 in Oklahoma City on Fox Sports 1 as Clay Guida and Erik Koch have been booked to throw down in Featherweight action.
The matchup was announced on “UFC Tonight.”
Guida is coming off a loss to Brian Ortega at UFC 199 last June, which was preceded by a loss to Thiago Tavares seven months prior. As for Koch — who was once considered a legit threat to the title at 145 pounds — he is coming off a win over Shane Campbell at UFC Fight Night 88 last May.
By the time the two combatants step into the ring in Oklahoma City, it will be a year removed from their last respective bouts inside the Octagon.
UFC Fight Night 112 will include a featherweight tilt between B.J. Penn and Dennis Siver, as well as a middleweight scrap between former welterweight champion Johny Hendricks and divisional slayer Tim Boetsch. Also, Carla Esparza will face Maryna Moroz in strawweight action.
