Considering they're engaged in a rematch of a passionately contested fight at UFC 205, you'd think Tyron Woodley and Stephen Thompson would be the ones getting sick of each other at the UFC 209 media event earlier today. Instead, the two kept it pretty chill while interim lightweight challengers Khabib Nurmagomedov and Tony Ferguson were the more entertaining duo of the day, barely holding their obvious dislike in check.
Squaring off in front of Dana White for a staredown, Ferguson had the UFC president jumping between the two when he lazily shook what looked like some sort of copper colored ball in his hand.
"You're scaring me!" he said with a laugh, keeping his arm securely in between the fighters.
"Take off your glasses!" Khabib insisted as White pushed them apart.
"Have fun with that weight cut," Ferguson replied. "You'll be sucking air. Your conditioning sucks."
The photo portion of the face off ended with Ferguson letting out a wild Rick Flair style "Woo!" that once again had White jumping. Nurmagomedov, on the other hand, didn't bat an eyelash.
