Jimi Manuwa proved earlier today (Sat., Mar. 18, 2017) at UFC Fight Night 107 airing exclusively on Fight Pass from inside The O2 Arena in London, England, that he’s the second hardest-hitting light heavyweight in the world, making quick work of Corey Anderson in their main event tilt. After a slow start that featured solid takedown defense from Manuwa, “Poster Boy” caught Anderson moving backwards and landed a ridiculous short left hook that locked up the former Ultimate Fighter winner and sent him stiff to the canvas. Manuwa walked off to collect his 15th career knockout.

With this win, Manuwa puts himself in position to contend for the light heavyweight title in 2017. While Anderson isn’t going to get him an immediate title shot, the knockout artist has exactly what new management is looking for in top contenders. Another finish this year and “Poster Boy” could lock down a shot at gold.
