MMA: UFC 201- Pearson vs Masvidal Butch Dill-USA TODAY Sports

Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) President Dana White has been trying to get big fights for Jorge Masvidal, who made huge strides in this week’s official rankings update thanks to last weekend’s beatdown of Donald Cerrone.

See it again here.

But it seems that nobody is interested in taking on “Gamebred,” including division No. 3 contender Demian Maia, who is waiting on the sidelines for the winner of this championship rematch.

“People are already turning fights down,” Masvidal told MMA Junkie. “Demian Maia didn’t want this. They offered him the fight, and he didn’t want it. I guess he wants to sit out. So I want to fight these top-10 dudes. Give me the toughest dudes you’ve got.”

As the names fall by the wayside, Masvidal is considering a grudge match against Neil “Little Wimp” Magny, who rejected “Gamebred” in favor of Lorenz Larkin when the “bum” was left without an opponent for UFC 202.

Something that didn’t sit too well with the former backyard brawler.

“It’s not that he turned me down – it was the way he said it,” Masvidal said. “Acting like he didn’t know who I was, and now he knows who I am? Get the (expletive) out of here.”

Magny told MMA Junkie he’s ready to make the fight happen, which means it’s all in the hands of this guy from this point forward.
