Bellator 175: "Rampage vs. King Mo 2" was originally announced to take place during the Bellator 170 "Ortiz vs. Sonnen" show with nothing more than the fight and a date, March 31, 2017. Now have a place and a space, according to The Chicago Tribune: Allstate Arena in Rosemont, Ill., which is located just outside Chicago.
The initial grudge match between Muhammed "King Mo" Lawal and Quinton "Rampage" Jackson was Bellator's first and only pay per view (PPV) to date on May 17, 2014. Even though Lawal felt both then (and now) that he out-wrestled Jackson, the judges awarded the latter a unanimous decision (29-28).
Jackson has already started to build up the fight by promising the rematch will be more decisive.
"He'll fight anybody so I got respect for him, but don't be saying you beat me in the first fight homey. You know you lost that fight Mo. I wanted to put you to sleep ever since we had that first argument in the back of the van."
