The finishes kept piling in earlier tonight (Sat., Dec. 16, 2017) at UFC on FOX 26 from inside Bell MTS Place in Winnipeg, Canada, as former Ultimate Fighter winner Chad Laprise kept the ball rolling at 170 pounds with an impressive first-round TKO stoppage of talented prospect Galore Bofando.
It wasn’t easy for Laprise considering Bofando dropped him early into the fight with a nasty combination on the feet, but the Canadian regained his composure after securing a takedown. Once in top position, “The Disciple” quickly moved into full mount and rained down heavy punches until the referee stepped in for the TKO stoppage.

With this performance, Laprise notches his third-straight UFC victory and looks to have a good divisional footing since moving up from 155 pounds this past July. The 31-year-old could be in for a productive 2018 campaign as a welterweight so keep an eye out.
