It looks like The Ultimate Fighter (TUF) reality show, currently airing season 26 on FOX Sports 1, is not going away anytime soon, as Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) recently announced tryouts for its upcoming season titled “Battle of the Undefeated.”
The gimmick puts nothing but undefeated fighters on the show, which means somebody’s “O” has got to go on each and every episode. Right now, no coaches are attached to the show, and it’s unknown if they need to be undefeated, as well.
Those up-and-coming mixed martial arts (MMA) fighters looking to try out can audition on Dec. 12, 2017 at 8 a.m. PT inside Palace Station Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada. Applicants will be drawn from the featherweight, lightweight and welterweight divisions. Sorry gals, men only.
In addition, fighters must be between the ages of 21 and 34, have a minimum of three professional fights, and of course, be undefeated. Filming begins this January and the premiere date will be revealed later this year.
