Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) has a total of three title fights booked for its upcoming UFC 217 pay-per-view (PPV) event, scheduled for Sat., Nov. 4, 2017 inside Madison Square Garden in New York City.
In the five-round main event, reigning middleweight champion Michael Bisping will collide with former welterweight kingpin Georges St-Pierre, who returns from a multi-year layoff in an attempt to prove he’s still the top dog in mixed martial arts (MMA).
St-Pierre hasn’t been seen since late 2013, walking away from combat sports in the wake of his unanimous decision win over Johny Hendricks. Bisping, meanwhile, is riding the pine with a gnarly knee injury (see it) while Robert Whittaker disposed of Yoel Romero to capture the interim strap.
You’ll hear from them today (Thurs., Oct. 26, 2017) at 5 p.m. ET in the embedded video player above. To hear yesterday’s stream featuring Cody Garbrandt vs. TJ Dillashaw and Joanna Jedrzejczyk vs. Rose Namajunas click here.
