One of the many things that makes Donald Cerrone a fan favorite is that he knows how to take a loss without offering up any excuses.
“Cowboy” did just that after losing via first-round technical knockout to Darren Till at yesterday’s (Sat., Oct. 21, 2017) UFC Fight Night 118 event in Gdansk, Poland, as he took to Instagram to congratulate his foe for the impressive win, which resulted in broken nose for Donald.
One hell of a job @darrentill2 safe to say you broke the fuck out my nose !!! I don’t make excuses nor will I ever. You had a great game plan and executed it perfectly. I did not over look nor take you lightly. So again congratulations.
Classy.
Indeed, Till proved he’s the real deal by taking it to “Cowboy” from the jump en route to a victory that took all of four minutes, something not many can lay claim to. Till can now look ahead to more challenging fights in an attempt to up his stock, while Cerrone, it seems, will have to go back to the drawing board after receiving his third straight loss.
