Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) light heavyweight stalwart, Ovince Saint Preux, is not taking a break in the wake of his submission win over Yushin Okami (watch it) earlier this month at the FOX Sports 1 event in Japan.

Hey, the man’s got bills to pay.

“OSP” will step in to replace the mutating Patrick Cummins, who was felled by Staph infection (photo) and forced to withdraw from his UFC 217 pay-per-view (PPV) showdown against Corey “Overtime” Anderson on Nov. 4, 2017 in New York City.

Newsday first reported the switcheroo on Thursday.

Saint Preux (21-10) is now the winner of two straight, having also strangled Marcos Rogerio de Lima at UFC Fight Night 108 last April. Anderson (9-3), meanwhile, is looking to rebound from his knockout loss to Jimi Manuwa at UFC Fight Night 107 back in March.

UFC 217 will be headlined by the middleweight title fight pitting Michael Bisping against the returning Georges St-Pierre. In the bantamweight championship co-main event, Cody Garbrandt looks to settle his grudge match with former teammate TJ Dillashaw.
