Holly Holm wastes one minute of her life responding to Cyborg’s drug-testing drama

MMA: UFC 196-Holm vs Tate Mark J. Rebilas-USA TODAY Sports

Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) featherweight titleholder Cristiane Justino is one of the few champions in mixed martial arts (MMA) who actually calls out challengers, despite holding court over her respective division.

The latest combatant in her Brazilian crosshairs is former women’s bantamweight queen pin Holly Holm, who doesn’t mind bouncing back and forth between divisions so long as the championship title is on the line.

But if Justino is going throw hands with Holm, she wants to make sure United States Anti-Doping Agency (USADA) is giving “The Preacher’s Daughter” the same number of drug tests as they gear up for a potential showdown.

“I want a guarantee Holly Holm is tested same number of times as me during this camp,” Justino wrote on Twitter. “I'm clean. No gym in MMA has more fighter doping violations than Jackson-Wink MMA.”

Blame this guy.

“So apparently there was a little bit of drama today because USADA went to Cyborg’s house,” Holm replied on Instagram. “I’ve been tested nine times compared to her eight. I’m in no race, and I really don’t care. I just know I can complete clean, and they can test me all the time. So, I just never needed an applause for passing my tests.”

Holm is expected to face Justino at the upcoming UFC 219 pay-per-view (PPV) event, which takes place Sat., Dec. 30, 2017 inside T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.
