Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) middleweight titleholder Michael Bisping was lanced by division No. 1 contender Yoel Romero earlier this week, after “Soldier of God” accused the brash Brit of ducking him.
“The Count” was not impressed.
@YoelRomeroMMA keep juicing boy. Usada are coming for you!

Romero was previously popped by United States Anti-Doping Agency (USADA) in Jan. 2016 (more on that here), which made Bisping furious long before they were scheduled to throw down.
When and where that happens remains a mystery, as Bisping was forced to delay his second title defense as a result of injury (details). That said, I wouldn’t expect their war of words to let up anytime soon.
In the meantime, Chris Weidman and Gegard Mousasi will hook ‘em up for a spot in the division title chase (details), though I would have to imagine “The Dreamcatcher” is a bit closer to getting next crack at the division crown on the strength of his four straight wins.
Time will tell.
