It’s been a rough couple of days for ex-Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) title contender Chael Sonnen.
The mixed martial arts (MMA) “Bad Guy” was submitted by Tito Ortiz in their 205-pound grudge match in the Bellator 170 main event last Saturday night (Jan. 21, 2017) on Spike TV.

Fast forward to Monday night and Sonnen was “fired” from NBC’s Celebrity Apprentice for cheating on this week’s challenge: create a brochure for the Wizarding World of Harry Potter at Universal Studios.
Every challenge has a deadline, along with a 10-minute grace period for “technical difficulties.” When Sonnen’s team ran out of time, the former FOX analyst grabbed a pair of scissors and cut the cord.
Voila! Difficulties of the technical variety.
“Chael, I know that you think this is a gray area, but in my world, this is not a gray area,” chairman of the board Arnold Schwarzenegger said. “I will not tolerate cheaters in my boardroom. You’re fired.”
Sonnen promised heads were gonna roll ... though I’m not sure this is what he had in mind.
