Chael Sonnen channels Eminem at Bellator 170 open workout because Tito Ortiz is a bad copy cat

Bellator 170: "Ortiz vs. Sonnen" goes down in just a few short days (Sat., Jan. 21, 2017) at The Forum in Inglewood, Calif., headlined by a historic fight that features two former Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) legends who will renew an old collegiate rivalry -- "Bad Boy" Tito Ortiz and "The Bad Guy" Chael Sonnen.

After "American Gangster" showed off his striking skills at a live public workout in Hollywood earlier this afternoon to promote the Spike TV-televised event -- with the strains of 2Pac's "Picture Me Rollin'" playing in the background -- Sonnen spoke to Jimmy Smith about his desire to win on Saturday.

"Yeah man, I believe in life," Sonnen said. "If you're not willing to go too far you're never going to go far enough. I don't want to leave anything on the table."

As for his opponent, Ortiz, he accused "Huntington Beach Boy" of ripping off his swagger and style.

"I tell you this: It's like Marshall Mathers once said -- they can walk like me, talk like me, dress, act -- not give a damn like me -- and they just might be the next best thing, but they are not quite me," Sonnen said.

Smith offered his own assessment of what he believed the fight would be like Saturday.

"Turtle fight, that's what I call a fight like this," Smith said. "Both guys have decent stand up, they can hit you, it's on the ground on top where these guys are vicious, Tito and Chael."
