UFC 203 'Embedded' video, Ep. 4: Bad hair day, hometown heroes, and underwater workouts

Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) continues to roll out the "Embedded" pre-fight video blogs to promote its latest pay-per-view (PPV) event, UFC 203, which takes place this weekend (Sat., Sept. 10, 2016) inside Quicken Loans Arena in Cleveland, Ohio.

From the official YouTube description:

On Episode 4 of UFC 203 Embedded, heavyweight champion Stipe Miocic does a night session in his home gym, which is also playing host to welterweight CM Punk and his coach Duke Roufus. Heavyweight Fabricio Werdum gets a questionable haircut, as opponent Travis Browne does an underwater workout. The next day, title challenger Alistair Overeem embraces the festival aspect of open workouts, where Miocic receives a spirited hometown welcome. Also at the arena, a focused Punk gets a pep talk from bantamweight Urijah Faber, and opponent Mickey Gall makes the most of his opportunity. Then the heavyweight champ returns to the gym after the sun goes down. UFC 203 Embedded is an all-access, behind-the-scenes video blog leading up to the world heavyweight championship at UFC 203, taking place Saturday, September 10 on Pay-Per-View.
