James Gallagher brings his 'Strabanimal' style to Bellator 163

Bellator 163: "Koreshkov vs. Lima" comes to Menora Mivtachim Arena in Tel Aviv, Israel, on Nov. 10, 2016. Headlining the card that night will be a welterweight fight between current champion Andrey Koreshkov and former champion Douglas Lima.

Fight fans have even more to look forward to that night with the announcement of a new featherweight contest. "The Strabanimal" James Gallagher made a successful debut at Bellator 158 in London, and the young 4-0 fighter is hungry for more competition.

Kirill Medvedovsky is happy to grant his wish. The 7-2 fighter's most recent win came against Evgeny Zhekalov in February, knocking out his opponent with a punch just 27 seconds into round one.

Their bout will join a card that also features Irsael's own Noad Lahat vs. Scott Cleve in a featherweight contest. Who's to say the winner of these two bouts might not meet somewhere down the road?
