UFC 203: Did CM Punk win MMA debut last night against Mickey Gall?
Former World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) champion and superstar, CM Punk, will make his long-awaited professional mixed martial arts (MMA) debut TONIGHT (Sat., Sept. 10, 2016) against Mickey Gall in a Welterweight match that will be featured on the pay-per-view (PPV) main card of UFC 203, which takes place inside Quicken Loans Arena in Cleveland, Ohio. Punk has been training intensely for two full years, interrupted at times because of injuries and surgeries, to determine whether or not he has the ability to transition from professional wrestling to cage fighting. Gall, meanwhile, punched his "lottery ticket" with a submission win over Mike Jackson earlier this year in his Octagon debut.
