Jon Jones, Brock Lesnar pulled from UFC fighter rankings following anti-doping violations

Parting is such sweet sorrow.

Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) sent its official rankings into the shop for repairs last weekend -- swiftly and quietly -- to remove interim light heavyweight champion Jon Jones, former heavyweight titleholder Brock Lesnar, and ex-middleweight kingpin Lyoto Machida.

What do those three mixed martial arts (MMA) fighters have in common?

United States Anti-Doping Agency (USADA), which zapped Jones and Lesnar for traces of anti-estrogen before and after the UFC 200 pay-per-view (PPV) last month in Las Vegas, Nevada, not long after putting Machida out to pasture for his supplement use.

Suspensions are pending for all three cases.
