Get ready England, the heavy hitters are coming.
According to MMA Fighting, a pair of bouts have been made official for the upcoming UFC 204 pay-per-view (PPV) event which is set for Oct. 8, 2016, including Jimi Manuwa taking on Ovince Saint Preux in what is sure to be an entertaining light heavyweight affair.
Manuwa was last seen competing at UFC 191 last September, losing to Anthony Johnson via second-round knockout. "OSP," meanwhile, hasn’t competed since losing to former division champion Jon Jones earlier this year at UFC 197.
In the heavyweight division, Stefan Struve will look to make it two wins in a row after knocking out Antonio Silva last May when he takes on Russian standout Ruslan Magomedov.
It won’t be easy, as Ruslan has proven to be a tough draw, winning all three of his fights inside the Octagon. He’s also the proud owner of a nine-fight win streak.
UFC 204 is expected to be headlined by a much-anticipated rematch that will see current middleweight champion Michael Bisping attempt to defend his title and get some revenge on Dan Henderson.
