Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) returns to network television this Saturday night (Aug. 27, 2016) by way of the UFC on FOX 21: "Maia vs. Condit" mixed martial arts (MMA) event, taking place inside Rogers Arena in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
That's where top welterweight contenders Demian Maia and Carlos Condit will throw down, with the winner having a very strong argument for the next crack at the division crown. In the UFC on FOX 21 co-main event, former lightweight champion Anthony Pettis makes his featherweight debut opposite Charles Oliveira.
In order to make this weekend's big shebang official, the participating fighters will have to first make weight, stepping on the scale today (Fri., Aug. 26), also inside Rogers Arena, at noon ET in.
