UFC 202 payouts and salaries: Conor McGregor hauls in whopping $3 million, 'Rumble' Johnson banks $270k

UFC 202 fighter payouts for those athletes competing at the "Diaz vs. McGregor 2" pay-per-view (PPV) event last weekend (Sat., Aug. 20, 2016) from inside T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, were released yesterday by Nevada State Athletic Commission (NSAC).

As previously reported, UFC welterweight attraction Conor McGregor broke the bank -- and set a UFC record -- with a whopping $3 million payout. Not bad for 25 minutes of actual fighting. Also taking home the big bucks was light heavyweight smasher Anthony Johnson, who raked in $270,000 for ruining Glover Teixeira.

That's not all.

Keep in mind the salaries listed above do not include fight bonuses, Reebok sponsorships (see those figures here), percentages and other unofficial payments. It also does not include deductions for expenses such as insurance, taxes, etc.
