Conor McGregor and Nate Diaz are both official for their rematch at UFC 202 this weekend (Sat., Aug. 20, 2016), tipping the scales early for their 170-pound showdown inside T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada. Remember, Nevada State Athletic Commission (NSAC) and several other similar governing bodies throughout the United States adopted the new procedure to reduce the length of dehydration in fighters cutting to make weight.
McGregor -- the current Featherweight champion -- came in at 168 pounds, while Diaz -- the much taller and longer fighter -- was 2.5 pounds heavier (170.5). McGregor is actually the same weight he was for their first encounter five months ago and Diaz is just a bit heavier than his 169-pound frame ahead of UFC 196.

The only formality that remains now is the public weigh in, which will include the much-anticipated face offs, that takes place at 7 p.m. ET right here.
