Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) held its final UFC 202 pre-fight press conference earlier today (Weds., Aug. 17, 2016) inside David Copperfield Theater at MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada (watch the full video replay here). That's where the stars of the upcoming must-watch "McGregor vs. Diaz 2" pay-per-view (PPV) event were on hand to promote their upcoming mixed martial arts (MMA) fights this Saturday night (Aug. 20, 2016) inside the brand-new T-Mobile Arena.
Leading the charge alongside company president Dana White were trash-talking Welterweight headliners and sudden 170-pound rivals Conor McGregor and Nate Diaz, who will lock horns for the second time in five months after the Stockton Skrap Packer strangled the Irishman into submission. At the conclusion of their media duties, "Notorious" and Diaz were supposed to come face-to-face once again in front of a rabid "Sin City" crowd, but all hell broke loose before that could happen:

Diaz disappeared from the stage just as McGregor -- who was about 30 minutes late -- was answering a question about a possible trilogy match. Diaz, for whatever reason, walked into the crowd with his crew and shouted to McGregor that he and his posse would mess up the Irishman's crew. McGregor exploded, hurling items from the press table as security escorted Diaz and his homeboys out the front door.

Company president Dana White -- who was already clearly agitated by McGregor's tardiness -- immediately ended the press conference in a furor, likely upset that the final press event was ruined and concerned that hopefully there were no injuries in the audience.
