Khabib Nurmagomedov blows a gasket on Twitter, calls out 'chicken' Eddie Alvarez and Nate Diaz for ducking him (again)

Esther Lin/MMA Fighting

Khabib Nurmagomedov has long been as vocal outside the Octagon as he is dominant inside it. And last night (Aug., 16, 2016), "The Eagle" proved it once again by going off on Twitter on a bevy of subjects, particularly calling out newly-minted Lightweight champion Eddie Alvarez for allegedly ducking him repeatedly after turning down fight offers from UFC matchmakers.

On top of that, Nurmagomedov also took the time to call out Nate Diaz -- who will rematch Conor McGregor in the UFC 202's main event this Saturday night --- for ducking him, too. Remember that it was not too long ago that the trio of hot heads, which included Nick Diaz, clashed in a wild brawl (watch it) during a World Series of Fighting (WSOF) event. Nurmagomedov claimed at the time that Nate "ran away from him three times" before him and his older brother were ultimately banned from all future shows.

Anyway, behold Nurmagomedov's latest social media-inspired unraveling:

Nurmagomedov is expected to get first crack at dethroning Alvarez from atop of the Lightweight mountain. However, if his claims of "The Underground King" turning down a proposed title defense against him are true, there’s no telling when he'll get his championship opportunity.

Especially if Alvarez can make this wish a reality.
